You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

Purchase of products

Orders

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

1. You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process.

2. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

3. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.

4. As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

5. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Change or cancel an order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

• The identification of a pricing or product description error.

• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

• The contract will be concluded in English.

Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

A) Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the products.

B) If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has already been despatched, we will refund the original purchase price and delivery charge, provided that you have notified us in writing no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products, and that you have taken reasonable care of the Products and not used them.

Paragraph B) does not apply for Brita Professional or Vending Water Filters once orders have been despatched.

Delivery charges

We’ll refund any delivery charges you’ve paid, provided you return the full order.

Products we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange unless faulty or not as described.

Refund policy

Ordinarily we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

Condition of returns

Within 14 Days

It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days from receiving the goods. This includes any delivery charge.

Within 30 days

It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.

Opened goods by you (customer) won’t be refunded unless are founded faulty:

1) To consider a purchased good faulty Italtaste Team will require to inspect the goods therefore you (customer) need to send the goods back to Italtaste.

2) After inspected, If goods result faulty Italtaste will exchange the faulty goods.

3) After inspected, if the goods does not result faulty Italtaste will send you the goods back.

After 30 days

After 30 working days from purchase receipt, you (customer) need to contact the brand manufacture for reporting the product damaged or faulty whether the manufacture representative will decide so.

You might require to pay the delivery charges for sending the faulty or damaged goods to the manufacture.

Outside UK

We don’t sell or ship electrical goods outside UK.

Within 14 days Outside UK

Within 14 days from receiving the goods.

We don’t refund opened and used goods.

After 30 days Outside UK

After 30 working days from purchase receipt, you (customer) need to contact the brand manufacture of your country for reporting the product damaged or faulty whether the manufacture representative will decide so.

In case in your country the manufacture support centre is not available you will be required to return the goods to UK manufacture, you can find the manufacture contact details on contact us page.

You might require to pay the delivery charges for sending the faulty or damaged goods to the manufacture.

Change or Cancel an order in UK

We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it.

Please be ready to quote your order reference number.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of any unwanted products.

Change or Cancel an order outside UK

You can cancel or change the order if the goods have not been dispatched.

Once the goods have been dispatched you will require to follow the Return Procedure.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn’t arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order by the tracking number, if provided, if you don’t have a tracking number please contact us on 0044.02 033 725 195 or email us on This email address is being protected from spambots. If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t arrived within the expected time period, please email our Customer Services team, or call us on 0044.02 033 725 195 between 09am to 5pm Monday – Friday.

If you have more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products might arrive separately.

However, if this is not the case and you haven’t received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please email or call us on 0044.02 033 725 195.

Returns procedure

Returns can be made through either of these options:

Returns via Royal Mail or Courier.

Use our online returns form on “Contact Us” to tell us about the product you want to return.

Please include:

• Order number

• The reason for the return and whether you’d like a refund or a replacement.

We will email you back with instructions for returning the goods alternatively, call us on 0044.02 033 725 195.

For larger items we can arrange for a courier to come and collect the product you wish to return.

Returns procedure outside UK

If goods have been already dispatched, you (customer) will be responsible to pay the delivery charge for returning the goods to us.

You (customer) are strongly advise to pay a freight insurance for protecting your returning goods to Italtaste address in case of loss, damage or stolen.

Italtaste disclose any responsibility of any inconvenience might occur on returning the goods back to us.

Compliance with laws

The Website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the Website and any transactions conducted on or through the Website.

Severance

If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.

Waiver

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.

Survival

Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

Entire agreement

These Conditions govern our relationship with you.

Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Italtaste.com and you are expected to do.

You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save in so far as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation.

Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.

Law

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
